Received a faulty item so had to return it and requested a replacement. In the mean time there was an additional 10 per cent off sale items but because I got a replacement cruise have refused to give me the additional 10 per cent discount although if I had re ordered the item myself I would have got 10 per cent off and got the item quicker than having to wait for a replacement Not impressed with cruise customer services at all
