Overall I'm relatively pleased with the whole service. I was taking advantage of the sales.
Although, I felt that my new Grenson shoes weren't received in tip top condition. They had several scratches along the top front of the shoes - possibly happened when the laces were put in....... not a big deal but nevertheless.
I was a little disappointed as the website states that delivery will take 2-5 days - I waited 7 days. I ordered on the Monday and received the following Monday evening. I really wanted them for that weekend.
