The SWIMS Luca sneakers are fabulous -- super comfortable and the petrol is a refreshingly unique colour. Nice price too. What prevents me from giving full marks in this review is the shipping company to Canada: DHL. They are, hands down, the worst, most unreliable courier of all the major ones. They once again botched the customs/duties assessment and overcharged me taxes by 20 Pounds Sterling. How they identified the sneakers as a "commercial lithium battery" and then valued it 80 Pounds higher than what I paid is a feat of stellar incompetence. When I phoned to get it fixed, I got the classic "can't do anything about it" hand-washing routine. As much as I would like to patronize Cruise Fashion again, I doubt that I will because of this latest unpleasant experience with the delivery company.
