This was a horrendous experience. I will absolutely not be shopping at Cruise again and would heavily discourage others from shopping there too.
I ordered a dress online, after almost two weeks of no updates, I emailed requesting an update to be told my item had been flagged up for quality control as it had 'slight dust marks' and if I were happy to accept I would receive 10% off or I could return the item.
Upon receiving the item, it is not at all as described - the 'slight dust marks' were in fact heavy make up stains and there was a rip above the zip.
I emailed advising of this and that I would be returning as was totally unsatisfactory and the response was not helpful and very much trying to shift the blame.
I will never shop at Cruise again and as previous stated, would heavily discourage anyone else from.
