I regularly visit the Belfast store, I recently purchased a pair of jeans using a Victoria Square gift card, it was a female manager in the store that put the transaction through for me and I felt her attitude and customer service was awful, almost as if it was an inconvience that I wasn't paying by normal cash/card method. Unfortunately there was a fault with the jeans and I had to return them, when I went back to the store it was a male manager that dealt with the problem and he couldn't have been more helpful. I have since purchased items from the website and found the page easy to negoicate etc. Only I had to return the jeans and got good customer service I would not have purchased anything else in the store because of the service I received on the day I bought the jeans. I am still considering no longer visiting the store and simply getting anything I might want off the webpage, which can be an inconvience due to the wait for delivery - I would must rather use the store but the managers customer service on the initial day really has put me off.
