If there was zero stars I would have gone for that. Firstly I ordered the clothes in plenty of time for my holiday, cruise reference number CRUS40000017522043. It appears that the order was misplaced for 5 days before it was finally dispatched. I chased it several times. I therefore only received the clothes 15 minutes before I had to check in for my flight and therefore could not try the clothes on. When I did on holiday, I found that three or four of the polo shirts were dirty (they had black marks on them which were rather obvious on the white ones - I will have to wash before wearing). In addition, the colour of the Paul Smith jumper is nothing like the picture on the Internet (I need some knit wear for my holiday so I have kept it as I will be returning the Vivienne Westwood one ). I was most displeased as these were my clothes for my holiday and I was relying on them being clean and as advertised. I will now have to go shopping for replacements which is a bit inconvenient as I have a busy schedule. I will be returning the Paul Smith shoes, the Vivienne Westwood jumper, the DKNY trousers, the Versace polo shirt and the white Boss polo shirt on my return from my holiday on 10 August. Together with the fact a pair of Boss trousers were cancelled this has been an unmitigated disaster. I would expect a better service to someone who spends £2,000 on clothes.
