I bought an expensive Paul Smith polo shirt and it arrived with a button missing and the small envelope containing the spares was empty. I declined sending it back due to no more stock. In order to get any discount I was asked to send photos by email....... Not my forte. I said I'd source a button myself due to the palaver. And that was that. I was told that they couldn't find any buttons. I know it's seems petty but for a polo costing £125 I expect more!!
