I was disappointed that there is a delivery charge. A lot of companies will give free delivery if the item purchased is over a certain amount, which is a reasonable and fair practice. Whereas some companies hide behind a charge so that they can simply increase their margin.
There should also be an option to collect the item(s) from the local store.
