Really disappointed. Bag arrived rolled up in bubble wrap and not in the brand dust bag. Tags had all been torn off and thrown in bag. I have bought the same bag from the designer's website in the past and know the way it should be packaged. Felt bag had been either been previously used or had been lying in a store without proper packaging for a considerable amount of time. I have bought bags directly from Cruise stores before and was extremely disappointed with the online experience.
