I was very disappointed I ordered a handbag and two mens items. It said that they were all in stock. I checked with an email agent they also said yes it's in stock. So my money was tied into the payment awaiting cruises warehouse staff. Well I was excited about my bag when ten days later they email me to say it is now not in stock. I just couldn't understand or beleieve what was happening. The bag was my anniversary present so I ended up with nothing. Why isn't a stock selection set up on system so this cannot happen??? Bad on cruise. Also they take too many orders that they cannot get out on time. Very dissapointed. Also they have yet to deliver my final item or refund the money
