I ordered some clothing items 11 days ago and have still not received them. I shop online regularly with different retailers and will absolutely not be shopping with cruise again. A six pound delivery charge is far above what other online retailers charge and for that I would expect to actually receive my delivery within 3-5working days! This is also out of line with other retailers who offer collect services at local stores and faster delivery for less money! Yodel, the courier company you have chosen to ally yourselves with, are utterly shambolic. They claim to have attempted delivery of my parcel but nothing was received. And since then there has been no way of tracking my parcel or rearranging delivery. I expected to have the items I ordered prior to an event over the weekend but as it has now been 11 days since I placed my order that has long since passed. I am really very angry at the service you are providing. It is not fit for purpose and not what I would expect from such a large company. I will be passing this on to friends and family and advising them to refrain from shopping here in future if this is the service we are to expect. I would hope to see some sort of apology made regarding this. The only thing I would say that was positive was that Olivia on your customer services team was lovely to deal with and very helpful.
