I like the products but the fact that I get charged for delivery and then have to pay again to return the item is very poor.
I buy most of my clothes online so I often order more than I need to, try on and send back what I don't want. The fact you will charge me twice for delivery means that Cruise does not suit me so I won't be buying from you again unfortunately as I like your brands.
