I was very impressed with the speed of delivery from Cruise. I only paid for standard delivery and received my product the next day, I was also sent regular updates via email so I was confident in receiving my parcel. The one thing I have to fault them on is their returns service. There was nothing wrong with the product at all it just wasn't what I was looking for. I went to the store in Glasgow to pick out another product but have to return the original parcel by post because I bought it online. I find this to be a big hassle and also there is no free returns service so will therefore have to pay for the return myself which I can't imagine will be cheap as it is a rather large parcel. The service I received while picking out the second product was amazing and the male member of staff really helped me out, talking me through different options (as this was a gift). Just the returns system is a let down!
