Having been a Cruise customer for many a year I feel that the way my last order was dealt with was very poor.I ordered an item that was promptly delivered but to my suprise was completely wrong and was advised that the correct item was no longer available.And no mention of who will pay the postage if the return of the wrong goods.Expected a lot better from a usually professional retailer.
