I had to fight too hard. Customer Services made a mistake with my query and then they tried to make me believe that the mistake was mine!! Really poor customer service honestly from 1 to 10 I give them 3 points and just because finally they recognized their mistake and they fixed it.They really need a better training program, They don't even know what's the right size of clothes, shoes... I had to speak with Citizens Adviser bureau office and in that moment the customer service start being reasonable. To be honest, really bad experience, I don't think that I will purchase another item from this website, mainly because they mess up with the standardization of sizes in clothes and shoes, many people get confused and then because the customer service, they didn't know the right answer.
