I ordered a top for my partner when it arrived the logo on the bottom of the top was coming apart I was disappointed as it was a suprise for him. I asked my partner if he would like me to send it back but he has previously ordered me a moncler jacket for my birthday and after wearing it once the button came loose. He's sent it back to you but already it's been over 3 weeks to mend a button it's an absolutely ridiculous service. So because of this my partner didn't think it would be any use sending it back to you. It looked like it had been folded up in storage for a while and needed a good iron! Your store has designer goods at bad quality and I will not be purchasing any more items of you. Having to also email all the Time as Apose to speaking to somebody on a telephone is also very frustrating and disappointing
