Hi I have been buying from cruise for nearly 25 years and on this last purchase it will be the last
I ordered £1700 worth of clothes and in This order was a pair of Hugo boss white trainers size 7
On opening them they were clearly marked and had been worn .i contacted cruise straight away with my dissatisfaction and sent photos to confirm my disappointment at the item received .
After a few days I received a reply asking me to send more proof of the worn Hugo boss size 7s (to me this was very annoying as if I was being accused of marking them ) I had searched long and high to get these trainers and on opening them was rather annoyed at them being worn and marked .
A few more days had passed when I got a reply to say that it was getting sent to another department for discount .no where did I ask for any discount all I was asking was a new replacement sent to me and for cruise to pay the return postage for your faulty worn item .
Today I have received a discount offer of 10% in which personally I think is rather insulting and on this matter I'm returning all £1700 worth back to youse for youse to keep and I will never spend another penny with cruise ever again due to the way this has been handled with yourselfs and lets just say am far from happy .
I think your 10% reduction on the boss size 7 trainers is a insult considering these have been worn ,marked and the time it's taken youse to get to that decision is a joke .
Not alone that youse are offering many other designer brands not faulty not damaged at 30% and these brands are more an expensive range than boss it will cost cruise more for the return postage for the trainers to be sent back to youse than your measly 10% youse have offered .
So for your measly 10% youse have lost a valued loyal customer and a£1700 sale .
