The aftercare has been poor. I ordered an item on a Friday night, I had various issues as the website kept crashing. Each time I tried I was using a discount code, finally on my 4th attempt my order went through, again I applied the code but didn't realise it hadn't applied properly (as you can imagine I was so frustrated about the site crashing I didn't notice after applying the code again it had fallen off). As it was the weekend I couldn't contact customer services. I called first thing Monday morning to be told there is nothing that could be done as my order had been dispatched and the code had expired. I explained I wasn't asking for the same code to be used but the amount I would have saved using the code to be refunded back into my card. Again I was told no but at the same time was basically told if customer services had been open it could have been sorted. I have since emailed customer service to be told the same thing. On the 2 dealings I've experienced with your customer service department I felt as if the person dealing with my enquiry couldn't be bothered. Considering the fault ie website crashing lies at your end and I had no way of contacting you I feel I should not have be penalised for the error. As I said on my email to customer services I will definitely think twice about shopping with you again. I feel a company like yours should take better pride in the customer service experience be it before a sale or after.
