Ordered a pair of Balenciaga Jeans sized xl on their website. Received a pair of jeans sized 33 instead. (size conversion on website shows that XL equals 38). After 22 emails I am still waiting for a shipping refund of 23 GBP for the return. Customer service cannot figure out how to issue a shipping refund.
Frustrated that someone different replies to my email not knowing how their return portal works.
To make matters worse, they will not refund shipping fees for the purchase even though they sent the wrong item. Frustrating as hell/.
