I was disappointed that I never received the promotional vouchers despite the offer still being advertised on a voucher code site, the customer service advisor told me that it shouldn't have been advertised!
I then asked could the 20%friends and family offer be applied, I was told I would need to send my items back and re order them to get the discount. I just feel the customer service I have reviewed has been very poor thanks
