I purchased a pair of boots and the next day they were reduced in price further. When I called to enquire of Cruise honouring the price difference I was advised to return and re-order the product which wouldn't have been a problem except this would have resulted in two sets of delivery / return charges!
It turned out the boots didn't fit so I had to return them anyway but this has meant I am out of pocket for delivery and return charges - which I am surprised at given the Consumer Contracts Regulation and this being the only item on my order.
So the average feedback relates to incurring the cost of postage and return and Cruise not honouring price changes on their website within a few hours
