I have returned by registered post a Hugo boss men's leather jacket which you should have received on Xmas eve at 1pm. I need a bigger size, I need a XXL. I have used the "contact us" twice now and still I have not heard anything from anyone yet about this. I understand you have been closed over the holidays but an email to say you have received it would have been nice. It's now the 29th December & still nothing. Could someone please tell me when I will receive my item.
