To be honest my experience before I received my item was faultless, but since then it's been a hassle I was told by a staff member in a cruise store I could return items bought online in store I have since found out this is not true so unfortunately my daughters boots are a size too small and after struggling to navigate the cruise website I have found out i need to print of a returns form which is ridiculous this should be provided with the order in case a return is required. Then trying to actually find a section to contact cruise was probably the worst part why make it so difficult for me to send a simple email. I won't be using cruise again I can find what I need elsewhere and if a return is required have a simpler process to deal with.
