Am very disappointed the type of service i have received email your staff member they didn't get back to me and they courier service you guys picked for delivery my parcel they are rubbish instead of delivering my parcel on 03/01/16 they just delivered it on 06/01/16
i have altogether £12 for this type of service and i have to contacted them 8 times because they not helping me at all
over all am very disappointed
