I find it shocking that Cruise use Yodel for order delivery. I was away from home over Christmas for 3 days and received an end up from Yodel stating my order had been delivered. I assumed it had been left with my neighbour. On my return the following day I discovered my parcel containing a Gucci bag worth £1500 dumped in my front garden! Why do I need to pay for Royal Mail return when Cruise use Yodel? I am disgusted with the service received from Yodel and very disappointed that this company is used by Cruise.
I have been a loyal customer to Cruise for many years but will now take my custom elsewhere.
