i asked to try on shoes & was kept waiting for a good while before they were brought to me. i also bought a bag that was £15 cheaper in house of frasers and cruise wouldnt match it for me which was disappointing as i had spent a fair bit of money that day in there & also the week before in store and online! it has made me think of taking my custom elsewhere in future as i didnt feel as though my sales was appreciated like i have experienced in previous visits - the girls who have served me have always been lovely and very helpful but on this occasion the boy who served me wasnt as nice as others ive had serve me
