Received item quickly, but upon inspection item had mark on front and two faults (slight tears) on the sleeves. I emailed asking was it possible to return or even return in person as I live close by. email eventually came back stating sorry for faults, either return or send photos and possibility of reduction in cost ( I am aware item was already reduced) no mention of returning in person. I then sent photos of faults, but no reply for a couple of days, then email stating you had not received photos and needed photos in pdf format. i spent the best part of two hours downloading software and putting photos in pdf format. Again a few days past and a email returned stating you had not recieved photos again.
I stressed throughout process i hadn't the time to be returning item via post and prob just as quick to drive there in person, i was also worried remaining stock would sell before you received goods back so needed a quick turnaround.
Currently shirt sits in wardrobe still with labels on, I will wear it eventually but will be aware of marks on it.
Sadly I wouldn't purchase from you again. I do appreciate buying clothing online does have a element of risk about it, but returning and communication should be better than this. Normally a returns label ( sometimes even freepost) would be included in the item to make it that bit easier.
Normally I would not bother giving feed back but your questionnaire prompted me.
