They had a 70% discount on a set of clothing. I put some of these items in my basket and upon checking out the price went back to normal.
I emailed them to explain and receive a portion of my money back and have hardly received a response.
I have forwarded proof that I have paid a higher price than they were offering but their customer service agent Amy states she doesn't understand and can't give me a portion of the money back.
Now I am still waiting for a reply but they have asked me to leave a review.
Have shopped here before and had no negative experiences but it looks like I will no longer shop here and will go for a refund if they continue to not reply to my messages.
