I ordered a pair of shoes in the am and by the pm they had been reduced by 20%. I contacted customer care to say after 2 days my order still had not been processed and would I receive the 20% discount as my order had not been processed. I received an automated email saying I would hear from someone within 24-48 hours and Infact am still wait to hear even after chasing up. I must say extremly poor customer care. I only have a certain amount of days before I need to return the item if I do not want it so would really like to hear from someone asap.
