I received a further 10% off discount code only hours after I made an order online therefore I emailed your customer care team to ask that this can be applied to my order. Given that it was only a matter of hours earlier that I had made the order, I didn't think that this would be a problem. However I received an email back saying that you would not do this but no explanation as to why. Really poor customer service.
