Ordered a pair of lacoste trainers and cruyff trainers online only to find when the cruyff trainers arrived they had a mark on them. I called the shop in Glasgow to ask if I could exchange them for a pair that was unmarked as i was going on holiday in a few days and didn't have the time to return them online. This is not there policy and the manager declined. (only shop I know doesn't accept returns from online purchases)
I have also found out overweight Mike Ashley has an 80% share in here so I'll not be back.
