I ordered a dress online that included a belt, however when it arrived the belt was missing. After contacting customer care 'Amy' was completely unhelpful, even though initially she said she would send the belt out, she recounted and said there was none available even though I could see multiple of these dresses still available on the website. Her only response was to send it back. She wouldn't even commit to a belt arriving with the dress should I swap it for a different size. Shame as I wanted to keep the dress.
