Whilst purchasing online was absolutely fine (and would do it again in future), my previous in store experience was not. After receiving a shirt purchased from Cruise in Derby as a birthday gift, I was made to feel like a criminal when returning the item. The item of clothing had not been worn, but the store supervisor implied that I would not but able to return the shirt because it was creased. This was extremely embarrassing for me as I had to repeat myself on a number of occasions that I had not worn the item - which she obviously didn't believe! An item will naturally crease in a bag, so I'm not sure what she expected. I eventually did get a credit note, but not after she announced to everyone that the was a shirt being returned that had creases ehich had to be removed before being resold. I know this may sound petty, but it has been embarrassing enough for me, not to step into Cruise Derby again. My friends and family have also shopped at the store in the past and not not been impressed with my experience.
