Good choice of products, the website has a clear layout and is easy to use. The delivery time of the ordered products was very prompt. Also, I had to exchange an item and the communication was very good and my replacement order was received quickly. The only slight letdown is that you have to pay for delivery on all orders and returns, I wouldn't usually expect to pay for delivery or return of items after spending over £300. I have found that this is usually covered by other retailers. Overall, I am satisfied with the service that was provided and would return to shop again.
