The item i recieved is too small so i wanted to exchange for a bigger size only to be told that i need to pay a further amount to return the jeans i think its a very poor service and i will be returning the jeans and not shopping with you again i have spent thousands with you between your online store and going into the actual store yet smaller businesses offer to cover the cost of returns but a huge business like cruise offers nothing very unhappy ex customer
