Although I normally love cruise I am completely disappointed in the recent orders. The system crashed while placing an order, showed no trace of the order going through and no confirmations. Put the order through successfully only to find that cruise had processed the original, despite not notifying. I contacted cruise immediately to have one of the orders stopped but have been blatantly ignored, no response to emails sent a week ago and because of it I've had to pay to return an order that should never have been processed let alone sent. You should have fail safe mechanisms in your system ie if a customer doesn't complete the order it shouldn't go through. Your system whilst it crashed however decided it wasn't going to wait for a confirmation. I can cope with poor IT systems to some degree, but the ignorant and poor customer service, I won't accept. Highly unlikely I will shop in the future unless there are significant improvements as customers should not be out of pocket on account of a supplier error
