I have had my problems with Cruise but on this occasion the service was fine. The only thing is I feel if you spend over a certain amount you should get free delivery and also daily or weekly offers on one particular brand at a time means customer incur a number of delivery charges (which are high in comparison to other sites), customers should have a choice on delivery ie a lower delivery charge option which may take longer to deliver. This is why i try and get certain products from other shops first and if I cannot then I reluctantly order from Cruise and incur £5.99 delivery each time I order.
