Item was delivered quickly but was unsuitable, returned it and was given a refund as they didn't have another size in stock.
Only refunded the item cost and not delivery charge (even though their website and returns advice note advises they will refund delivery charge) and despite me emailing multiple times, have received no response from them.
Terrible customer service.
