I was so disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Especially considering how highly I value the website and its products. I made an order for 3 items. The order went through and I paid. Totalling £45. And £6 delivery. Which is very high. Never the less. I received an email 20 minutes later saying 2/3 products of my order were now out of stock. (How does that not get updated before an order is placed). Within seconds of receiving that email. I replied informing them that I wanted to cancel the order as I had no interest paying £6 delivery for a £15 item. They replied 3 whole days later saying I can't cancel my item because it has already gone to delivery. (How is this possible when the item was cancelled within seconds of ordering and you're only replying to me 3 days later?) I sent another email saying I did not want the item. And to my disgust. Not only did my concerns go unaknowledged, I recieved the exact same generic email as the first time. Only this time (2 weeks later). Dear Mustafa Oladokun, Thank you for your email I am afraid that we were unable to cancel the order as it had already been handed to the couriers for dispatch. We apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused. Kind regards, Becky Customer Services Absolutely atrocious level of costumer care. If anyone around me were ever to be interested in your website. I'd have to go out of my way to make sure they don't.
