I ordered a polo shirt it got delivered with footprint surface stains the cost of paying for a return did not seem worth it as when I queried this with the customer service department there was no offer of reimbursement of delivery fee even though the item was technically damaged, so I had to wash an item that was had not yet been worn, once washing this item the stain is still slightly visible, so I am quite disappointed
