I sent an email last week regarding my issue but have still not received a reply.
I ordered two dresses which both arrived badly soiled. There is no way I would keep them. I have requested a refund of delivery and returns costs for this reason. I returned dresses today at my own cost. I hope someone contacts me regarding this matter soon.
