I purchased two products from your online store. A Moschino jumper and a Moschino belt, however when I received the package the belt was unsuitable and I require a refund. I took it into store with full proof of purchase and I was refused a refund and instructed I could only post this back and not refund Instore. However, as I work in retail I can process refunds of online orders Instore with no problem. I would appreciate a response as to why I can not refund Instore as I spent over £300 on my order from yourselves. Many thanks. Ryan.
