I ordered a jacket from yourselves. It went to delivery and then I had an e-mail saying I had cancelled order. I had not.
So I spoke to customer services they said they were going to look into it and get back to me. No one did. I emailed no one replied.
I tried to re-order but there is not that size available so emailed again but as yet no one has got back to me.
I would like to order the jacket if possible.
