The purchase and delivery process was spot on, but I am very annoyed to have to pay for returns delivery. Surely the biggest issue an online fashion store faces is customer unease from purchasing without trying on and testing, so a basic online customer need is to have the confidence that if they don't like what they get then the return/refund process is easy and seamless.
Having to pay 10%+ of the original cost for return shipping is terrible.
