I originally ordered 3 polo tops but ended up receiving 2 with the 3rd item being a pair of trousers. The incorrect items code was completely different and my order receipt clearly stated I had ordered a top. The delivery slip had no contact number for a customer services line so I had to visit my local cruise store just to obtain that. The store were unhelpful and said they don't deal with online orders which seems ridiculous as every other high street store do. When I rang customer services I spoke to an advisor named Stephanie who advised me to re-order the item I wanted again as I needed it before the Thursday of that week and I had to repay for the delivery as well as the returns which I had to go to the post office for. Stephanie advised she would refund me my delivery charges upon your end receiving the item back I am extremely dissatisfied with the whole customer experience I have had with Cruise Online. This was my first order and not only did you get you get it wrong I had to go back and forth for your mistake. The item I wanted eventually arrived but I am awaiting the refund of my delivery charges and refund for the incorrect item I returned back to you . I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible to tell me when I will get this.
