Cruise online was a smooth transaction. I received regular email updates regarding my parcel and received my item within two days of purchased. 10/10 service. Although it's a shame the customer service at my local cruise store in the women's section is appalling. With dirty looks, not even a hello or offering to help. No verbal communication at all. I also smiled at the SA to which she did not reciprocate. My family and myself will no longer be shopping in the store after that extremely uncomfortable and awkward experience which put me off enough never to come back to the store.
