I've had 3 orders of boots cancelled! Furthermore the amounts have been hold on my credit card. One payment has been hold for 9 days now and customer service is saying they can't help, because it's automatically released?? 9 days?? That's insane for an item I had ordered for one hour and than got cancelled.
Also one order was incomplete and I had to send pictures of the package, because after investigation the warehouse confirmed that my package was complete? And the stock level was correct? I wasn't lying... received the missing item, so problem eventually solved, but not happy with the service at all!!
