Disappointing to see that returns are not included and have to be paid by the customer. Delivery costs are also higher than other online stores.
The return postage paid today of £8.50 plus £6 postage means that I will give my custom to competitor stores who often offer free postage over £100 and always free returns.
I ordered twice in the same week before realising this and will avoid using this online store again.
