My first order was ancelled without explaination. I contacted the bank who said that they processed it without a problem, then contacted Cruise without a response. I ordered a second time and recieved the order. The online payment was made to a company called sports direct which I found very strange. There was flannels packaging on the items and no documentation for invoice, content or returns advice. I brought 2 items to return in store and was told tht I had bought online from a separate company. I had to print and return at py own expense with now a days is not the norm and poor customer service. For this, I will not place another order. FYI, my order value aws >€1500. If you have a response for the experience I would be very happy to hear from you. Emma
