Communication was fantastic. Order arrived in between time slot I was advised which was great.
What DIDN'T make me happy was a warehouse security tag was left attached to the jumper I purchased. I returned to Flannels, which I was told is a part of Cruise (as this was easier for me). Sales staff were pleasant but could not remove tag either! Suggested I visit either Next or Zara as they had unit to remove security tag 🤷♀️
